Lifeline offers a confidential, judgment-free circle where you can speak your truth and be fully seen. In group, we honor personal boundaries by practicing active, compassionate listening. We refrain from offering advice or responses that attempt to fix, manage, or control someone else’s experience.

We take turns sharing and listening—offering nothing but presence, empathy, and support from women who truly get it. You don’t have to carry this alone.

This group will be starting up again in September 2025. Groups are limited to 5 women—secure your spot soon to have input on meeting day/time.
