I help women who have been affected by their partner’s secret sexual behavior.

I’m here for you, the betrayed partner.

Every shattered trust tells a story, and your story deserves to be heard and held and given space to unfold. You’re not alone in your pain. If you can find the grit to step out of the shadows of betrayal and into the light recovery work provides, you can, and will, heal.

Sweet sister, I’m so sorry. I know it’s not what you signed up for and it’s unfair. Also, I get it—not just because I’ve taken a boat-load of courses over the years, but because I have been there—in these ugly, lonely trenches, longing for answers to questions I didn’t want to have.

Finding a way to heal that actually worked for me felt utterly impossible and deeply isolating. Sleepless nights, forgetting and losing things, and the emotions—so erratic (“I never want to see your face again, but first promise you’ll never let me go”), and often irrational  (“I want to show up at her house with a dozen black roses”…anyone?)—and very normal.

It’s just plain tough for everyone—family and friends included. Even though they love me and were there for me, they couldn’t know how being blindsided by betrayal was impacting me, and I couldn’t find the words to tell them. It’s personal, it’s messy, and suddenly everything I thought was true and everyone I thought I knew was in question. This weight is heavy, and the work of healing and transforming is a process that, unfortunately, cannot be hurried or put off until it fits in the schedule. You want immediate direction, connection, and a calm, knowing voice—you need someone to help sort out the tangled mess and simplify your path.

LET'S CHAT

We’ll discuss what a Therapeutic Full Disclosure is and explore the exact next steps you can take toward your healing. This process requires that the acting out partner is working with, or willing to work with, a separate therapist or coach experienced with the TFD process. Releases must be signed for coach | therapist communication. If you need referrals, I can help connect you with resources.
